Peel avocados and place the flesh in a bowl or mortar/pestle. Mash avocados to desired thickness (some like guacamole completely mashed, but we prefer it with a few chunks remaining). Using your hands, squeeze out some water from the tomatoes and add them to the bowl. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Can top with black pepper and a few extra cilantro leaves.
Notes
You can substitute the Fresno pepper for a jalapeno pepper for a spicier guacamole.
