Crepe batter
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1.5 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tsp white sugar
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
- 2 Asian pears sliced
- 1 triangle brie
- honey
- powdered sugar
- cinnamon
- ½ lemon juiced
Combine ingredients for crepe batter in a bowl and use an immersion blender (or regular blender or mixer) to thoroughly combine ingredients. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place brie on a baking dish with parchment paper and put in oven to melt the brie.
To make the crepes, you can do it the easy way using a crepe maker (which can be found in our SHOP section) or you can use a buttered nonstick pan on the stove on medium-high heat using ~1/4 cup batter at a time and cooking for about 3 minutes, flipping once. When crepes are done and brie has softened, place a few pear slices, some brie, and a drizzle of honey inside. On the outside, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon, and squeeze over some lemon.
