Note: this recipe require a bread-maker. See below for the one we suggest!
Add water, butter, honey, and milk to the bread pan. Sift the flour, salt, sugar, and cinnamon into a bowl, mix, and add to the bread pan (without mixing the dry with the wet). Make a small well in the dry ingredients and pour the yeast in this well.
Place the bread pan in the bread-maker and close the lid. Select the basic setting, 1.5 lb loaf, and choose your desired crust color. Press start.
Wait until the machine starts beeping (for ours, it was during the second kneading period), open bread-maker, and slowly add raisins at this point, ensuring that they become well-mixed (you can do this by hand if kneaded).
Close the lid again and let the bread-maker do the work. For us, it was ready after 3 hours and 15 minutes total.
