Brie, Pear, & Turkey Sandwiches

This is an easy-to-make sweet and savory lunch recipe that is perfect for a sunny afternoon.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 triangle brie
  • 1 loaf rustic bread sliced
  • 1 D’anjou pear thinly sliced
  • Dried cranberries
  • Greens we used rainbow chard
  • Thinly sliced turkey
  • Butter

Instructions
 

  • Place thin brie slices on each bread slice and toast until melted and golden, using either a toaster oven or broiler.
  • Then on half of the slices, add turkey, greens, and sprinkle over some cranberries. Add freshly cracked pepper. Add the tops of the sandwiches.
  • Lightly butter each side of the sandwich. Heat up a cast iron grill pan and place sandwiches on them, pressing down firmly and flipping once, until the outsides are toasted and have nice char marks.
  • Cut each sandwich in half and enjoy!
