Place thin brie slices on each bread slice and toast until melted and golden, using either a toaster oven or broiler.
Then on half of the slices, add turkey, greens, and sprinkle over some cranberries. Add freshly cracked pepper. Add the tops of the sandwiches.
Lightly butter each side of the sandwich. Heat up a cast iron grill pan and place sandwiches on them, pressing down firmly and flipping once, until the outsides are toasted and have nice char marks.
