Cuisine American
- 1 wheel Camembert
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 can biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- Black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Break the biscuit dough into 16 equally sized pieces and roll each into a ball. Place these dough balls around the perimeter of a seasoned cast iron pan.
In a small bowl, combine garlic salt, parsley, and melted butter. Use a basting brush to add this mixture to the tops of the biscuits
Cut out the top of the camembert and discard (or save and eat!). Place the cast iron pan in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, add cranberries and rosemary to the melted cheese in the middle, and place back in oven. Bake for another 10 minutes or until crispy on top and cheese has completely melted. Before serving, drizzle with some honey and top with some freshly cracked pepper.
