Cuisine American
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ⅔ cup chia seed
- ⅔ cup white sesame seed
- ⅔ cup black sesame seed
- ⅔ cup pumpkin seed
- ⅔ cup sunflower seed
- 1 egg yolk removed
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients (including seeds) and thoroughly mix together. Slowly pour in ¾ cup water, mixing together as you pour. Knead with your hands for about 5 minutes. Add 3 tbsp olive oil and continue kneading until it resembles a dough ball.
On a piece of parchment paper, roll out the dough, until slightly thicker than a quarter. Use a pizza cutter or dough cutter to cut the dough into triangle or rectangle shapes. Brush an egg wash over the dough and sprinkle over some extra salt and chia seeds.
Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden and crispy. Let cool and enjoy!
