Air Fryer Parmesan Lemon Broccoli
This fresh zesty cheesy broccoli side dish will be ready in no time!

- 2 heads broccoli
- 3 cloves garlic unpeeled
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds toasted
Break broccoli into florets. Toss in a bowl with onion powder, a dash of salt/pepper, and 1 tbsp oil.
Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees. In batches, cook broccoli and unpeeled garlic cloves for 10-12 minutes, flipping once or twice. When ready, remove garlic from peels, chop, and toss back with broccoli.
While still warm, grate over Parmesan, sprinkle will lemon juice, and top with sliced almonds.
