Teriyaki Air Fryer Beef Jerky
This homemade beef jerky will be some of the most tender and flavorful you've tasted!

- 1 sirloin steak
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
Slice sirloin against the grain into very thin strips. Then mix together remaining ingredients in a bowl and toss with steak.
Marinate steak for 24h (or at least overnight), mixing/turning a few times to make sure that everything gets coated.
Set air fryer to “dehydrate setting” at 180 degrees and cook for 2 hours, flipping about every 30 minutes.
