Fish
- 1.5 lb cod
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp sea salt
Other
- 10 small flour tortillas
- 1.5 cups cabbage shredded
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice plus extra
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
- 2 Roma tomatoes sliced
- 2 avocados sliced
- 1 small container of Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp sriracha
Mix together the spices and coat the fish liberally. Heat a skillet to medium high with coconut or vegetable oil. Cook fish in skillet for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork and set aside.
In a separate bowl, toss the shredded cabbage with 1 tsp lime juice. In another bowl combine Greek yogurt, sriracha, and a splash of lime juice. Warm tortillas in a warm oven for a few minutes.
Construct tacos: start with a tortilla, spoon over some sriracha sauce, then some cabbage. Add fish, then tomatoes, then avocado, topping off with cilantro and another splash of lime juice.
