Bruschetta Topped with Feta
A light summer snack, perfect for home-grown tomatoes.

heirloom tomatoes
chopped

leaves
basil

garlic

olive oil

feta cheese
Your favorite type of bread
Instructions
Roughly chop tomatoes and use a paper towel to strain out some water. Roll together basil and chop into thin strips (chiffonade). Mince garlic.
Combine the tomatoes, basil, and garlic in a bowl with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Toast bread, add tomato bruschetta, and sprinkle over the feta.
Notes
The feta adds an interesting twist to this bruschetta recipe.
