Easy Gourmet Stuffed Baked Brie
Super simple side dish to make, this baked brie is bound to impress at a pot luck.

- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 3 sprigs of thyme leaves separated
- ΒΌ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp pine nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Separate thyme leaves from stems. Use a knife to create several sliced holes in the top of the brie crust. Top with pine nuts, pepper, and thyme leaves. Drizzle with honey and olive oil.
Bake in oven on a pan (in case it spills over) for 10-15 minutes or until the inside is warm and the pine nuts are toasted.
