Easy Gourmet Stuffed Baked Brie

Super simple side dish to make, this baked brie is bound to impress at a pot luck.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 3 sprigs of thyme leaves separated
  • ΒΌ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp pine nuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Separate thyme leaves from stems. Use a knife to create several sliced holes in the top of the brie crust. Top with pine nuts, pepper, and thyme leaves. Drizzle with honey and olive oil.
  • Bake in oven on a pan (in case it spills over) for 10-15 minutes or until the inside is warm and the pine nuts are toasted.
