Garlic-Lovers Hummus

The name says it all! A delicious summer snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas (aka garbanzo beans)
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 cloves garlic

Instructions
 

  • Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden and let cool. In a food processor, add remaining ingredients and start blending. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and continue blending. Add about 2 tbsp water or until it reaches desired consistency. Can serve topped with cilantro.
