Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus

Ingredients

chickpeas
aka garbanzo beans

cup
tahini
1/2
cup
canned sundried tomatoes
1/2
lemon
juiced
1
tsp
cumin
1/2
tsp
salt

cloves
garlic
Instructions
Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden and let cool. In a food processor, add remaining ingredients and start blending. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and continue blending. Add about 2 tbsp water or until it reaches desired consistency. Can serve topped with thyme.
