Remove jackfruit and use two forks to pull apart jackfruit, as if making pulled pork. Add 1 cup of the BBQ sauce to jackfruit and spread it on baking sheets lined with foil or parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes, turning once halfway through. Add remaining 1 cup BBQ sauce and bake for 5 more minutes.
Make the coleslaw by combining all the sauce ingredients and then tossing with the greens.
Leaving Hawaiian rolls connected, slice them all in half, and toast them in the oven till crispy. Now add jackfruit mixture, top with slaw, and place top half of rolls on top. Use a spatula or knife to separate rolls and serve sliders warm.
