Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon. In another bowl, use a mixer to mix together the sugar, eggs, oil, and pumpkin puree. Slowly add in the mixed dry ingredients while mixing. Slowly add water while mixing. Switch to mixing with a spatula rather than a mixer and add walnuts and chocolate chips.
Pour into two greased loaf pans and bake in oven for 90 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Let cool completely to room temperature. Meanwhile prepare glaze by adding sifted confectioner’s sugar to a bowl and slowly stir in the vanilla and milk until desired consistency. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread with a spoon and place in refrigerator. Can serve once glaze has hardened.

Can use 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice rather than the nutmeg/allspice/cinnamon
