Ingredients

  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 butternut squash peeled and cubed
  • 2 potatoes cubed
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1.5 cups chicken stock

Instructions

 

  • Cook the turkey on medium-high heat on the stove until browned. Drain the liquid and place turkey in a slow cooker along with the remaining ingredients. Mix everything together and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Can garnish with extra thyme.
