Pear, Prosciutto, & Goat Cheese Crostini
Ingredients
- 1 pear sliced thinly
- 1 package prosciutto or pancetta
- ½ package goat cheese crumbled
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp fresh thyme
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp coarse salt
Instructions
- First, heat prosciutto or pancetta in a pan on medium high heat for 2 min or until slightly crispy and set aside. Thinly slice the pear and carefully take out the center/seeds with a knife. Add goat cheese, drizzle with honey and top with salt/pepper and fresh thyme. Serve arranged on a platter or rustic cutting board.
