Brie, Pear, & Turkey Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 triangle brie
- 1 loaf rustic bread sliced
- 1 D’anjou pear thinly sliced
- Dried cranberries
- Greens we used rainbow chard
- Thinly sliced turkey
- Butter
Instructions
- Place thin brie slices on each bread slice and toast until melted and golden, using either a toaster oven or broiler.
- Then on half of the slices, add turkey, greens, and sprinkle over some cranberries. Add freshly cracked pepper. Add the tops of the sandwiches.
- Lightly butter each side of the sandwich. Heat up a cast iron grill pan and place sandwiches on them, pressing down firmly and flipping once, until the outsides are toasted and have nice char marks.
- Cut each sandwich in half and enjoy!
