Bruschetta Topped with Feta
Ingredients
- 1 cup heirloom tomatoes chopped
- 5 leaves basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp feta cheese
- Your favorite type of bread
Instructions
- Roughly chop tomatoes and use a paper towel to strain out some water. Roll together basil and chop into thin strips (chiffonade). Mince garlic.
- Combine the tomatoes, basil, and garlic in a bowl with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Toast bread, add tomato bruschetta, and sprinkle over the feta.
