Easy Gourmet Stuffed Baked Brie
Ingredients
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 3 sprigs of thyme leaves separated
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp pine nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Separate thyme leaves from stems. Use a knife to create several sliced holes in the top of the brie crust. Top with pine nuts, pepper, and thyme leaves. Drizzle with honey and olive oil.
- Bake in oven on a pan (in case it spills over) for 10-15 minutes or until the inside is warm and the pine nuts are toasted.
