Open-Faced Smoked Salmon and Egg Croissant Sandwiches
Ingredients
- Croissants sliced open like a sandwich
- Smoked Salmon
- Eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- Chives minced
Instructions
- Whisk eggs with milk and scramble. Meanwhile, heat up another pan (without oil since the croissants are buttery) and toast the croissants, open-face down.
- Arrange on a plate by placing eggs on croissants, then smoked salmon, and topping with minced chives and freshly cracked pepper.
