Turmeric & Roasted Pepper Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 15 oz cans garbanzo beans washed and drained
- ½ cup tahini
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup roasted bell pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper to taste
- ½ lemon juiced
Instructions
- Note: to make this hummus we used our immersion blender although you can use a food processor instead if preferred.
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and use immersion blender to blend until smooth. You can drizzle in more olive oil or tahini to make it have a smoother consistency.
