Traditional Nicoise Salad
Ingredients
Salad
- Lettuce
- Hard-boiled eggs quartered
- Radishes sliced
- 2 5.5 oz cans tuna drained
- cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 can green beans
- 3 small red potatoes boiled and cubed
- 1 cup olives pitted
Dressing
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- salt/pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare dressing by thoroughly mixing together all ingredients. Prepare all ingredients for the salad (boiling potatoes, eggs, etc.).
- Place lettuce in a bowl first, then add the remaining ingredients, and then drizzle with dressing.
