The Nicoise Salad, which originates from the southern French city of Nice, is composed of the PERFECT combination of fresh, savory ingredients.

Ingredients

  

Salad

  • Lettuce
  • Hard-boiled eggs quartered
  • Radishes sliced
  • 2 5.5 oz cans tuna drained
  • cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 can green beans
  • 3 small red potatoes boiled and cubed
  • 1 cup olives pitted

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • salt/pepper to taste

Instructions

 

  • Prepare dressing by thoroughly mixing together all ingredients. Prepare all ingredients for the salad (boiling potatoes, eggs, etc.).
  • Place lettuce in a bowl first, then add the remaining ingredients, and then drizzle with dressing.
