Garlic-Lovers Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas (aka garbanzo beans)
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden and let cool. In a food processor, add remaining ingredients and start blending. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and continue blending. Add about 2 tbsp water or until it reaches desired consistency. Can serve topped with cilantro.
