Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 packet yeast
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp rosemary chopped
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add warm water and the yeast, mix, and let sit for a minute. Add 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp sea salt, and slowly add bread flour, mixing with your hand as you go. On a floured work surface, knead dough. Add another 2 tbsp olive oil and more flour as needed until dough springs to the touch. At this point, work dough into a bowl, cover with a layer of olive oil, and let rest, covered, for about an hour.
  • Now place dough onto a greased baking pan and gently spread it into a rectangle shape. Use your fingers to poke holes in the dough from the top. Sprinkle over another tbsp of olive oil and cover again with saran wrap. Sprinkle over the rosemary, garlic, and another 1 tsp sea salt over the dough. Wait another 30-60 minutes and bake in the oven at 450 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until evenly golden-brown.
