Smoked Paprika Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas aka garbanzo beans
- ¼ cup tahini
- Juice from ½ lemon
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden and let cool. In a food processor, add remaining ingredients and start blending. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and continue blending. Add about 2 tbsp water or until it reaches desired consistency. Can serve topped with extra paprika.
