Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas aka garbanzo beans
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup canned sundried tomatoes
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden and let cool. In a food processor, add remaining ingredients and start blending. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and continue blending. Add about 2 tbsp water or until it reaches desired consistency. Can serve topped with thyme.
